We regret to inform you that the lock system controlled via the Somfy Keys application will no longer be supported. We will no longer have the capacity to provide software updates. For security reasons and to protect your data, we will be forced to terminate connectivity services via the Somfy Keys application. For this reason, the server on which your lock is hosted will be shut down at the end of September 2025.
