What should I do if I can't pair my badge?

The battery of the keypad must be charged so that the badge can be paired with the keypad. If the battery is too low, the badge will not be paired. It is important to ensure that the 3 AAA LR3 batteries are working.

 

3 / The badge has already been associated

 

A badge is paired only once. If it is already linked to a user, it cannot be associated a second time.

 

4 / The product is faulty

 

If, despite checking the previous points, the badge still doesn't pair, it may be faulty. In this case, you should contact Customer Service.
