The door sensors were set up during the installation of your Door Keeper and you cannot turn them on or off yourself. If your sensors are disabled, it means that the distances between your door, its frame and the walls could prevent your product from working properly.
NOTE: This setting does not have a definitive effect on your product and may be changed if you move your Door Keeper. Contact Somfy if you have any problems with this.
