Procedure
Once your Door Keeper lock is switched to Somfy Protect, it will no longer be controllable in TaHoma. This situation is temporary but requires action on your part:
- You must first remove the lock from your TaHoma interface.
- Then, proceed to re-add it.
Attention
If you have other Somfy Protect devices already configured on TaHoma, make sure the Door Keeper lock is added to the same site as your existing Somfy Protect devices.
If you own an older generation connected lock
Older generations of connected locks will temporarily remain controllable in TaHoma. You will not be immediately affected by the switch, but it's important to note that this feature will end when the Somfy Keys app is closed."
