The Internet Gateway has a Wi-Fi range of approximately 7m. We strongly recommend that you respect this distance between your Internet Gateway and your Wi-Fi box before proceeding with the configuration.
Go to the Somfy Protect application.
Log in or create your account.
Then go to the ""My equipment"" menu and add equipment. You can now select Door Keeper and let the application guide you.
The Internet Gateway will connect to your WIFI network and then to your Door Keeper via Bluetooth® .
The radio frequency is 2.4 GHz.
