In the app, you can create and share access to your lock. Add a new user to your site from the Users menu.
Create codes and badges from your application. To do this, go to the Access Management section, then choose to add a badge or a code. You can decide to assign this new access to a user.
You can also add accesses directly from your keypad / badge reader accessory. To do this, press and hold the central button of your Door Keeper lock motor for 3 seconds. The motor's LED will blink WHITE. If you are adding a badge: Present the badge in front of the Reader and wait for the pairing confirmation with 3 beeps.
If you are adding a code: Enter a 5-digit code, press the validate button, and then wait for the pairing confirmation with 3 beeps.
