Your door sensors can be enabled or disabled when you install your product. To know the status of your door sensors, you need to configure your Door Keeper on the Somfy Protect app. See : How to configure your Door Keeper on the Somfy Protect application. Once the configuration is done, open the Somfy Protect application and go to 'My Devices'. Then select your Door Keeper and scroll down your screen. In the 'Information' section, you will see 'Door Sensors' with the status of the sensors on the right.
