How do I know if a visitor has come in my absence with a V®500 Pro io Connect?

You are alerted in two ways:

- Via the Somfy Protect application,

- Via your monitor.

1 / VIA THE SOMFY PROTECT APPLICATION

You receive a notification that you've had a visit, with a 10-second video.

Then, in your app's history feed, you'll find the date, time and video of the event.

2 / VIA THE MONITOR

When a visitor rings your videophone in your absence, a photo is taken. The number of photos taken in your absence is shown on the monitor's pictogram of photos.

To view it, click on the pictogram.
