How to know if a visitor has shown up in your absence with a V®500 Connect.

You will be alerted in two ways:

Via the Somfy Protect app,
Via your monitor.

1 / VIA THE SOMFY PROTECT APP,

You will receive a notification that you have received a visit.

Then, in your app's history feed, you will find the date, time and photo of the event.

2 / VIA THE MONITOR

When a visitor rings your video doorphone in your absence, a photo is taken. The "photo" icon on the monitor will then flash to let you know that you have a visitor.
